I was listened to except that u paid for a pot holed damaged Tyre without knowing that I m supposed to claim. The claim department needs photos wich I do not have because I thought is my responsibility and therefore there is no need to take photos. I only have an invoice and or receipt I paid due to a pothole. This came to my knowledge due to the thorough explanation Lehlogonolo gave me during the review I requested on my premium She is good in what she is doing, with patience, knowledge and understanding to clients I wish I get an advice what to do on the Tyre I paid for due to lack of knowledge which might be my fault because of mt ignorance in reading the policy in details however thank you
