I was left inconvenienced, no communication no nothing

I was involved in an accident on Friday, I was talking to Patrick from MiWay claims department on Friday, Patrick promised to contact me regarding my car. No alternative car was booked for me, no call from Patrick telling me about the state of my claim or what is it I need to do after my car was towed. I had to use taxis to get home on Friday, the whole long weekend I had no car. Monday morning I had to use a taxi to work where else I pay for car hire option monthly with MiWay "Optional Add-On Cover Car Hire Included 20 Days Compact - Manual Hatch: with a/c, p/s and cd R125.61 MiCredit Shortfall Included R23.12 renting" yet I am left without a car for the last 5 days. I am so unhappy with MiWay currently I am thinking of cancelling my cover with them is If will be so inconvenienced so much. MiWay wants money but zero on service delivery, poor communication as well is really frustrating.
