I was involved in an accident on Wednesday and I received the assistance from a gentleman unfortunately I forgot his name. He went over and above the call of his by even counselling me over the phone while getting the tow truck for me. On Thursday and Friday I was assisted by the lady by the name of Letlotla who also Excell by explaining the process and assisting me to get the rental car and assuring me that everything will be sorted.
