I was involved in an accident about a week ago, MiWay came to my rescue in time, a consultant by the name Teddy Rapakgadi was assigned to me. However at some point I had to be the one calling in as the communication was not on point. Overall he assisted me well and was able to sympathise with me throughout out the process.
