I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in March, the guy that helped me on that fateful day showed kindness and his service was great. My claim was then allocated to Tshepo Campbell a claims assessor, from the very first time she called me, she showed kindness and empathy. She called and/or emailed me every day to give me an update on the validation process until she finalised the process. She has since been helpful re my enquiries until the claim was finalised and paid out. I wish I could meet her just to express my gratitude for the excellent service that she and the company provided to me.
