I was involved in a car accident and in a few seconds after the crash I received a call from MiWay checking if I was okay and if I needed assistance. I found this really pleasing and plausible. However, I have been waiting since the submission of the claim I haven’t gotten the feedback as I rely on my car to get around and to work. They could improve on the waiting time and the logistics of assessment.
