I was insured with Miway at the time of my accident in 2016, my car was a write off and my claim was entertained and paid out within two weeks with no red type or any problems. A few days ago I received a summons from the sherrif from the third party that claimed from me (the third party was already paid out FYI) we all know what a summons can do to your state of mind and it was to say it s"simple" a HUGE amount they summonsed me for. I called Miway and spoke to a lady Suzan Baloyi, she asked me for the summons to be forwarded to her which I did and within hours it was sorted and handled by Suzan. I just received an sms to inform me that my matter has been finalized on my behalf through Miway ...... not once did I had to call and follow up on progress or what is happening..... SUZAN BALOYI YOU ARE TRULY AN ASSET TO YOUR TEAM AND COMPANY , I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EFFIECIENT SERVICE, I HOPE YOU MEAN A LOT TO OTHER CLIENTS AS YOU ARE TO ME........................
