I was initially debited a premium higher than what was agreed on the policy; I reported this and I was then assisted by *Busisiwe Mabizela* who is a senior consultant; she assisted with reviewing my policy cover and managed to give me a much reduced premium with a full comprehensive policy cover without affecting my initial excess. She also apologised for the inconvenience and then credited me the difference of the premium that I was debited. So Busi saved me on the Premium and also refunded me my money.
