I was initially assisted by Katleho Raleino for a policy review and she managed to reduce my monthly premium
I was initially assisted by Katleho Raleino for a policy review and she managed to reduce my monthly premium. However, she advised that a senior would call to further see if the premium could be reduced. Mandisa Ledwaba (senior) called back and managed to further reduce my monthly premium by a few hundred rands. The staff are so professional, courteous and kind. Interactions are quick and hassle-free. Thank you and keep up the great work.
