I was impressed with the 5-star service I received from Mamis over the phone. Sadly, no senior advisors were available for me to actually achieve what I had wanted to, hence the 3-star rating for the overall experience. But, kudos to Mamis for her handling of the situation. Crossing fingers my experience with the senior advisor will be equally pleasant.
