I was helped for a complicated towing situation, there were tons of paperwork to be completed and it seemed like i was never going to get the help i needed because of this. Thank to the team from Miway(TUMI, NKHENSANI AND JAYDEN) , they took time to understand the nature of my situation since this was an unusual occurrence. They went above and beyond their roles to ensure that was van was towed despite me technically causing a 5 hour delay . I want to commend the positive attitudes and etiquette that you guys have when it comes to these urgent times .
