I was having issues with doing the self inspection as the App wasn't recognizing my details

I was having issues with doing the self inspection as the App wasn't recognizing my details. Spoke to an agent on Saturday through the WhatsApp chat engine but I was told that the matter needs to be escalated to the technical team and the turnaround period can be up to 72 hours. I decided to call MiWay on Monday morning 20/05/2024 to get assistance with the above and I spoke to a very professional and friendly agent Nombuso Vilankulu. She assisted me with downloading the App again and registering. It was quick and easy and I was able to complete the self inspection in time for my cover to kick in. Awesome service from Nombuso.
