I was happy until today

I was happy until today. Since yesterday I waited for a call from an agent. I was given false promise from yesterday until I followed up today. Then we got cut off after one agent phoned me. Who didn't bother to call me back. Then the third attempt I was put through to Tumelo. I felt like a customer who is not valued. And made me upset.
