I was given a discounted quote on a policy since I was bringing over my second car

I was given a discounted quote on a policy since I was bringing over my second car. All was communicated and agreed on including my car tracker. Days later I received a text requesting a tracker certificate. I sent the certificate and did a follow-up today since I need to ensure that my car is covered since I have cancelled my previous insurance. To my surprise, after they won me over for being cheaper I am now told that they will increase my insurance. I am not happy at all. This is ****************.
