I was extremely frustrated with the service received from MiWay as I waited nearly 7 business days and still received no callback from the Retention Dept. After calling (myself) and eventually getting through to a representative my rating has changed. Ofentse was really great. From a quality perspective, she (as the rep herself) deserves a 5/5 as she managed to cancel my vehicle’s insurance policy to still retain and renew one of my policies with the MiWay brand.
