I was driving along the n18,a guine fowl came out of nowhere and I bumped it,it ruined my grill

Suddenly I have to pay an additional 3000 from the 5500 access that is standard,what a **** of an insurance. I am taking this to the insurance ambudsman.

On the 13th I had an accident with a guinefowl that came from no where along the n18 whilst on route to a Funeral in Pampiestad. The quinefowl ruined my bumper and I instituted a claim with my insurance. I knew my access is 5500 and was willing to pay it now Suddenly it has as calated to an additional 3000 which brings the total to about 8500. The lame reason is that there was no other vehicle involved. I am going to take this to the ambudsman to show what a **** my way is. They always come with lame stories not to pay their clients. We will meet in court to expose this **** of a company.
