I was contacted by a Miss Fember She sounded helpful at first When the revised policy was scrutinized, I was not happy and left several messages for her to contact me with negative results. They had other agents to call me. Some would call and not speak for about a minute. Then I would receive an email informing me that they tried to contact me but couldn't. Other instances, other agents called twice and I specifically told them I only wanted to speak to Miss Fember and till date, I haven't received a call for over a week. Is this how Miway does things Yourway???
