I was assisted by Tshepo, regarding an increament on my premium

I was assisted by Tshepo, regarding an increament on my premium. While assisting me he was sharing other important products with me. That was really helpful. However, there was a lady who assisted me first before Tshepo, she was not helpful at all. She just said I am increase my excess if I want to decrease my premium. That was not helpful at all.
