I was assisted by Lindiwe Mabuse . She was very clear, informative and helpful. She treated me with respect and was very polite as well. I wish all call Centre agents were this way, she didn't force me to take the additional covers, but explained the benefits nicely. I really appreciate her service. Nice one Lindiwe.
