I was assisted by Kgotso Mohale through out my claim

I was assisted by Kgotso Mohale through out my claim. At first i felt like there was lack of communication in terms of updating me with claim progress. But now he gave the best service i could imagine, keeping me updated with every detail of my claim... I then had to make changes to my policy, assisted by Lifa Gololo, woow wonderful guy, friendly, great advices on how which options i can opt for. Once more Bjorn, we only communicated over whatsapp. Bjorn was very patient with me, i had no idea what to do when claiming, But Bjorn would redirect me to relevant department. Thank you guys🙂
