I was assisted by Kgomotso Mathope from claims department

I was assisted by Kgomotso Mathope from claims department. He was of such great help. I was requested to forward my vehicle registration papers and I was unable to do so as I lost the document. I then needed to go to the liscensing department for a duplicate which took a month of waiting before getting the duplicate. While I was waiting on the document from the licensing department, Kgomotso called me to do a follow up and this was reassurance for me that my claim will be attended to regardless whether I was the delay in providing documents or not. He has has great attention to detail, great customer skills and he has a great way of making one feel at ease. I am happy with how he in particular dealt with my claim process.
