I was assisted by Joshua. Very good individual. He constantly called to ensure I was safe, and the Tow truck didn't take long to come. He updated me on all the steps of the process. Even though I was stuck on the side of the road, I didn't feel vulnerable or out of place because of the way Joshua kept on engaging with me. Miway needs more people like Joshua. Great service.
