I was assisted by Hanip Nkuna ik the Miway call centre when my car broke down on the highway at 4pm on a friday afternoon when I was on my way to collect my little one from creche I was sooooo stressed and Hanip was so calm and acted quickly I wasnt sure if i could get towed to my mechanic in time and Hanip helped me make a decision to get help to me speedily my tow truck arrived in under 25 minutes and the driver was also wonderful. Hanip called me 3 times to makes sure I was ok and arrived safely. THANK YOU
