I was assisted by Dimakatso Mokoena after another one of their consultants failed to implement changes to my policy as I had requested. As soon as we interacted, she immediately assisted and advised me on how policies work and how best I can amend my cover to suit my pocket. I've been with MiWay since 2017 and this is by far the most fruitful interaction I've had with a consultant. I'm definitely staying with MiWay.🏆 They lost a star because of yesterday's mishap, such is life. Lol
