I was assisted by Bongekile from Miway when changing my car insurance. I found it a pleasure to deal with her. She was professional while being personable and engaging at the same time. I have had a good customer experience with Miway to the extent that I chose to stay on with them, even though they were not quite able to match a quote from a competitor company. The call centre staff has excelled and especially in these tight economic times, I think that is worth a shout out.
