I was assisted by Abey from the claims team. He was very helpful in assisting with my claims and also very patient with me as I have just come out of hospital when my daughter lost her phone. And I couldn't go to the police station to have it reported immediately. Once I furnished her with all the documents he proceeded with my claim.
