I was assisted by a senior consultant by the name of Lifa Gololo who was exceptional in his service delivery. He assisted me with a policy review and managed to retain me and even going a step further in educating me about some of the benefits my policy covered that I was not aware of. I was grateful for the opportunity he gave me to still enjoy full benefits at the rate that he retained me on. He is one of a kind!
