I was assisted by a lady called Smangele Dhladhla. She handled my issue with so much respect. She was friendly and professional. She kept her promises and called me back a couple of times. She is such a polite and professional person. This is something I dnt have a luck of getting from customer agents. I felt heard as a customer. Thanks Smangele.
