I was assisted by a gentlemen named Delron Ryce. He was extremely helpful and clear in his comms. I also appreciate that he checked in on me a bit later to see if everything was fine. I’m sure it’s standard for Miway to offer security while you wait for assistance but it was a pleasant surprise to me.
