I was advised to provide a tracking device details on my bakkie by the company I'm working with only to find out that Myway have stopped paying Ctrack since Feb 2018 without informing me. In short,I was driving a car without valid tracker in dangerous roads of South Africa. So last Monday upon discovering this from Ctrack I called Myway and a consultant by name of Lefa took over the matter with his Manager Calvin. As I am texting Myway promised to pay me back All the premiums since then and further reduce the premiums (tracker amount) from this month. I am happy to got help without any hassle and now I got a new tracker from another company. Thanks again
