I was a customer for more than 3 years

I was a customer for more than 3 years. I had one claim which was easy to do on the app. I was pleased that they could lower my premium when I started working from home. As the years went by my premium started increasing. Unfortunately they could not give me a better offer than I got elsewhere. So I canceled. Thanks to Mandisa for helping me with the cancelation.
