I was a bit frustrated with the way the communication is done where if you deal with a specific person when that person is busy on another call somebody else tries to help you but do not communicate everything she or he has done on the system so that the work is not dublicated.I received four of the same documents because of this.So they must improve on the way they communicate to each other on the system as collegues. I will appreciate it if this problem can be looked into and addressed. Thank you.
