I wanted to use the miway app, but it was giving me problems so I phoned their number and I spoke to Tshego who put me thru to the emergency services dept where i spoke with Haniph. He was very helpful...he did a conference call with my brother ( who was the contact person at home) to explain what will happen, the geyser was sorted within a couple of hours. Thank you Haniph for all your help
