I wanted to review my insurance

I called MiWay about a week ago and was told that i need to wait for customer service to call me back to assist me. About over a week later, i called and i was mad. I spoke to a lady called Maggie Kgatle... She was very helpful. being from same department she managed to assist me. It goes to show that the other lady did not want to go extra mile to assist me. Well big up to those agents that know what they are doing. <br> <br> Brilliant Service Maggie, Keep it going!!!
