I wanted to cancel my current policy in favor of a different insurer. My consultant, Simphiwe Khumalo, convinced me to remain with MiWay by offering me a great new premium that accommodated all of my requirements. He was well informed and made the policy update procedure quick and hassle free. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and was very courteous throughout the entire process. Overall, a great experience.
