I wanted my insurance premium reviewed and Maduvha assisted me. He was very kind and understanding in that he put myself in my shoes as a single woman who just had a baby. He then went on to tell me about the minor scratches and dents insurance thereby anticipating my needs as a client and I am really grateful for his amazing service. He also mentioned that I am valued in MiWay which made me feel special because I am not just a number. Thanks Maduvha keep it up!
