I want to commend Annilisha Govindu from the legal department who responded to my email sent on Friday. She apologized for not responding on Friday because she was not in. She was pleasant and helpful. She also provided me with feedback immediately which unfortunately did not happen in the past from the legal department. I know it's her job but I appreciate her good work ethic.
