I WANT OUT, MY WAY
<p>I have a policy with MI WAY, i wanted to cancel my policy since Friday, i was kept on hold until forever, i called again, i was told that my call was lodged, just to cancel?? i later on received an sms that said " Good day Mr Dithakong Ben Mohanoe, please note that your policy is still active and we will be debiting your account on 31 March 2018. Please reply to ********** for any quiries" . CANT I CANCEL IN PEACE??? The next thing its going to affect my credit record if i reverse my debits,They even want to sell me accidental cover in the process, they do not want to cancel my policy . I WANT OUT!!!!!!! BLOOD SUCKING INSURANCE COMPANY</p>
