I want my refund!

Last year September I called to cancel my car insurance and the following month they continue to debit my bank account. I called in to ask for my refund and explain that I had canceled my policy with them and the told me that my policy was not canceled. We therefore canceled my policy and was told that I should expect my refund in two weeks. I have been calling to follow up and on emails too and I’m not finding joy. I just want my refund.
