I want my money

Good day,

Kindly assist me in obtaining my claim from Miway, I have been waiting for far too long now and finally when I am supposed to be paid my monies for the damages, I am being played, I am not being given answers as to why am I not getting my money, The lady who was handling my case assisted me and advised it is no longer in her hands,

I feel I have been inconvenienced by Miway Insurance as a third party claimer,

I really want my money as I also have a life to live, I am suffering financially and this is not assisting in solving the problem,

I took the offer not cause it makes me happy but I needed peace and to move on with my life, What could be so difficult,
