I used the web chat option and was linked to Lebogang Rakosa who did not bother to inform me that she will be taking me to a different department after I asked her to move my police from annual to monthly. I find it very rude and unprofessional for her to just close me off like she did all because I want my policy to be changed. I just wonder if she's doing the same to other clients... HORRIBLE SERVICE
