I updated my address in January 2021

I updated my address in January 2021. The person who took the call did update the address but somehow left the old address as the insured property. When I called to remove a vehicle from the policy, this was corrected and MiWay increased my premium. I complained about it, and Lerato agreed to reduce the premium. That is appreciated, but I just wonder why one has to complain and theaten to cancel the policy before getting a better deal.
