I think this was racial. being profiled as a ********?

on Wednesday 28th of August , I called Mi-Way with an intention of changing my address. I used to stay in Alexander, most notorious township in Johannesburg. I have since moved to Palm Ridge, it's on the border of MIDVAAL.

Anyway, my premiums went high. it increased by R564.59. I asked the consultant why is that?

her response shocked me. I think I'm more shocked at her explanation more than the monies.

according to her, please do listen to recoding, maybe I'm sensitive , but her response was very racial, she had profiled me as a ********. So people from townships commit crimes in the suburbs. I'm a high risk. I was shocked. Alex is the ghetto of ghettos , PALM RIDGE , I've just moved there, and I can tell you free of charge, that place is peaceful. One time I forgot t o lock my door and gate, woke up in the morning and everything was still in the house we were safe. In Alex that would have never happened.

I was too emotional i told her I'm cancelling my insurance cause wow, it's not about the money, but her response. Maybe I would have understood if she said it was a high crime zone, BUT no, she had to say, people in townships commit crime in the suburbs. So I'm going to commit the crimes?

Please advise if I'm out of hand. I was hurt
