I submitted my claim Saturday night and got confirmation same time with claim number. On Monday morning Marc emailed me confirming he will be assisting with my claim. By lunch time he called me and took me through claim process and promised to get to me as soon as the verification process is concluded. I honestly didn't expect a response the following day and guess what? My claim was approved within 24 hours and he explained all the processes. I'm very happy about the efficient and excellent service from Miway. Much appreciated.
