I submitted a claim online on Thursday evening
I submitted a claim online on Thursday evening. I was not prepared for the efficiency that I received from Onicca. She phoned me on Friday morning to confirm my claim details and 2hrs later my claim was approved and she explained everything to me about how I would receive my voucher. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work Onicca from MiWay.
