I spoke to Tumi Moleele on the 24th July 2025 at 14:02. The call was regarding a request to insure another vehicle. Tumi was professional, polite and just a genuine breath of fresh air. Good customer service is so rare, which is why I am so grateful that Tumi's customer service exceeds expectation.
