I spoke to Trudy Mtshali 05/03/2025. She was patient and when I explained what I needed on my documentation she assisted me without hesitation. She was kind and very patient. The 4 star rating is not for Trudy but the reason I gave Mi Way a 4 star rating is that we have not yet claimed anything since our cover commenced with them therefore I am unable to give them a full rating.
