I spoke to three ladies this morning
I spoke to three ladies this morning. The first caller was rude and impatient-i have asked to escalate the complaint. The two ladies I was then put through to for further queries were great professional and extremely helpful.If I had not had them reassure me and help me so much I would have cancelled my policy with mi-way as I have not had good service lately due to two unprocessed claims which were not my fault.
