I spoke to one of the ladies, I forgot her name

I spoke to one of the ladies, I forgot her name. She smoothly explained everything and I understood her well. She began with quoting my premiums and the access fee until I got to the one that was satisfactory and then explained even further how everything works. I then asked for a quote for insuring cellphones and she did her best too. I then told her that she will hear from me with regards to the cellphones. She did not give me an attitude. I could hear her smile through the phone. 10 stars!!
