I spoke to MiWay via their app to ask for a review of my policy after 4pm on Tuesday. I got a call back from Lindiwe at 9am on Wednesday - after listening to my request, she transferred me to Adziambee Dzibane. She assisted me and with 10 minutes my premium had gone down with R100, all while being friendly and professional.
